On Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, the final of the 10th Pâté Croûte World Championship Japan was held at the French Ambassador's Residence (Minato-ku, Tokyo), and Sho Ito, Executive Chef of our group restaurant Dominique Bouchet Tokyo, won the championship.
