Notice of Acquisition of Business Rights for "Jumbo Oshidori Sushi"
Marunana Co., Ltd. (Head office: Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture), a group company of Yakiniku Sakai Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture), is pleased to announce that it has acquired the business rights to Jumbo Oshidori Sushi (5 stores in Kanagawa Prefecture) from Echo Shoji Co., Ltd. and has begun operations from Monday, April 1, 2024. Marunana Co., Ltd. operates 11 sushi and seafood izakaya restaurants in Kanagawa Prefecture, and decided to acquire the restaurant in light of its affinity with Jumbo Oshidori Sushi, from the perspective of being "closely connected to the local community" and "focusing on sushi and seafood."
