About Us
Message from the President
"Happiness through food. Creating smiles through food."
That is our unchanging vision.
Food has the power to make people happy, connect hearts, and bring smiles to their faces.
We believe that food is a valuable resource that accompanies people's lives and brings them richness.
Our mission is to create a place where everyone involved with our company can feel happy through food, and to spread that happiness to society in the form of a circle of smiles.
To achieve this, the most important thing is people.
Our group is made up of not only professional chefs and customers, but also "craftsmen" who hone their expertise in a wide range of fields, including product development, planning, design, systems, logistics, and management.
We want to be a group where all employees, regardless of their job type, can maximize their abilities and continue to take pride in their work as professionals.
Even if technology evolves and efficiency improves, the essence of food will never change.
What moves customers' hearts is "delicious food" and "hospitality"
And it is the "passion and technology of our people" that supports it.
No matter how much the world changes, we will continue to evolve while flexibly responding to the changing times, based on the spirit of "Futeki Ryuko" (unchanging nature), which always values things that remain essentially unchanged.
On the stage of "food," people shine, smiles are born, and society becomes richer.
We will continue to take on challenges and grow, with an eye towards a better future.

PresidentHitoshi Takahashi
