A fluffy and creamy omelet rice specialty store with no competitors
What is "Omuraisutei"?
Omelette rice and charcoal-grilled hamburgers. We will spread this ultimate casual luxury across the country.
We want as many customers as possible to try the "Western-style omurice, born in Japan." With this in mind, we opened Omurice Tei, a specialty omurice restaurant, in Jiromaru, Fukuoka.
Since then, we have developed two types of omurice using 16 grain rice that is not only delicious but also healthy: the long-loved "Ketchup Rice" and Omuraisutei's proud "Chicken Rice."We have continued through trial and error, aiming to become a "one-of-a-kind omurice specialty store" that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from children to the elderly.
Through our business so far, we have come to realize that it is no exaggeration to say that omurice is the most casual and luxurious meal for Japanese people, that it is popular with people of all ages and genders, and that it is in no way inferior to ramen or curry.

We work hard every day to ensure that more customers experience this.
Omuraisutei's Concept
This restaurant was created with the idea that Omuraisutei's omurice is not only delicious, but is also made with carefully selected ingredients and balanced nutrition for beauty and health, so that customers will never get bored of eating it.
We have two types of stores nationwide: food court type and restaurant type, and you can enjoy freshly made omelet rice at either type of store.
"Low prices and high quality" achieved by exclusive farms
We use the brand egg "Kouran." "Kouran" eggs are laid by chickens raised in Miyazaki and Niigata prefectures using a special farming method called the Neckerich method. By procuring 14,000 tons of these brand eggs annually from exclusively contracted farmers, we have achieved high quality at low unit prices.
"Health-conscious" with a focus on ingredients
Not only do we focus on eggs, which determine the quality of our products, but we also pay close attention to the rice we use, which allows us to meet the ever-increasing health-conscious needs of our customers. We use healthy 16-grain rice, which has been well-received by a wide range of customers, from elderly customers to children.
100% beef "charcoal grilled hamburger"
In addition to the "Omurice" that has been developed through trial and error since the company's founding, the company has developed a hand-kneaded "Charcoal Grilled Hamburger" made with 100% beef, elevating the business to a new target demographic and ensuring more stable profits.
Basic menu and features
