Chicken Pilgrimage

Japan is a country full of delicious food.
"Patao" travels across the country in search of delicious chicken dishes.
Now, it's time for a nationwide chicken pilgrimage.

We travel all over Japan in search of famous chicken dishes. We deliver the deliciousness and excitement we discover in each region. That is "National Chicken Pilgrimage Patapata-ya."

The sound of the fan stirring the charcoal, the rising flames, the fragrant aroma - all these are the essence of deliciousness. Combining the "elegant sound of a fan" with the "sound of a bird flapping its wings towards the sky," we put our hopes of continuing to grow "patapata" into our shop name.
