Hideharu Muraoka, CEO of Dunhuang Co., Ltd., a group company of ours, appeared on the program.

The program took part in an ambitious project to "create a new local gourmet dish" in Yamaguchi Prefecture, coming up with ideas for local gourmet dishes from various angles. Taking into account the opinions of viewers, the final result was to create "Yamaguchi Gyoza." From now on, the program will broadcast the process of "Yamaguchi Gyoza" until it is completed over a total of three episodes, and Yakiniku Sakai Holdings will report on the progress as it progresses.
